Ok channel 7 has totally pissed me off. I'm much happier with sbs at the moment..

I mean, everytime I switch to chnl 7 I see the swimming. WTF!
at least sbs has done some of the womens beach volleyball, womens volleyball, and other womens events

But seriously, I'm not a big olmypics fan, honestly I'll be lucky to watch more than an hour of it all olympics but chnl 7's coverage sucks.

yea im sick of it too, they kept cutting from the hockey the other day for frigging replays of the swimming.
however, i bought the $9.95 olympics pack for my phone, its frigging awesome!
sbs or channel 7, we sat in class watching the live swimming finals all last week.

Top rate commentators too bahaha not they are hopeless for the most part. Your absolutely right with SBS being better they are covering bits of everything not just replaying 50 times our medal winners I m a proud aussie but there alot of things we will never win but are good to watch none the less.

Swimming I can put up with but rowing bugger me but that is not a spectator sport.

and has anyone heard tom "wanker" williams commentate. Geez that blokes a wanker, he was doing the kyacking and had know idea about anything just chimed in with "railing the white water" or "heading for home" "into yum cha" ...... know idea.

And apparntly he was commentating the equestrian and he said "oh no the jockey's fallen off" WTF?

i think the only pro commentater they have is the dude that does the cycling.

well i've just got back from a week in bali - if you think we have too much coverage - they got nothing on the tv over there - i think they just dont give a shit about it, they'd prefer to try and sell me a pair of fake oakleys for 300,000 rp lol

Sweet I'm going to Bali for the next olympics. Call me un-patriotic or whatever the hell, but I can't stand the god damned olympics and i don't give a rats arse about any of it..... except perhaps the womens volleyball. It's the only event where the women don't look like men with broader shoulders than a truck!

and the asians playing ping pong are awesome to watch, they absolutely belt the crap out of those little balls.
