Default is iit true, Troy is free?

i was just up in my workshop grinding away and half heard on the radio that Troy Critchley has been excused of all charges that were put before the court, only got half the news read, does any one know for sure?
Hope it's true.

Best of luck to him, The worst possable thing that could go wrong at an event like that happened to him. IMO I don't think it was his fault, The organizers should be to blame, as they provided no saftey. If there were barriers to protect the crowd this wouldn't have happened.

hopefully when the law suits against troy begin the system will look at exactly that and the fact that "individual duty of care" was majorly over looked by all spectators and charity organizers, it's not bad enough that the poor bloke has to live with this horrible memory his whole life. i seen a few accidents in my time the worst was watching my cousin hit a semi trailer on his brand new R1 at 180kms right out side his house, he was demonstrating his new bike. this haunts me often, god only knows the nightmare's troy has. he has strong will to have come this far, my prayers go out to him.

you shouldnt put a crowd near a herd of 2000 horses without barriers, so what about 2000 horsepower?
