Tow truck idiot
   This guy driving a truck was spotted in the downtown area of Moscow, Russia. He didn’t understand why should he care about the security of other motorists carrying the junked cars in such a way. As you can see they were just lying on each other without any security ropes or belts and the top one was already sliding to the right side waiting for some unlucky car passing beneath to make some steel pizza.

the number plate on the top car is out of date, maybe?

maybe u skipped a few words... the idiot had nothing holding the cars on, the car on top of the pile was actually sliding off.

2 things here... 1, its not a tow truck its a scrap metal hiab truck, so be a bit fair on the towies, 2, it looks as if the hiab arm maybe pushing down on the top car, BUY HEY still f%#kin dangerous none the less, that driver would be up shit creek if the coppers here got him and rightly so
if you look at tow trucks nowdays they are pretty fancy high tech rigs, its like a competition who can have the flashist most swish set up, that industry has been tidyed up in the passed few years but those scrap metal guys are all pretty new on our roads with the recent years of recycling boom industrys,
