Apparently you can buy the discs blank with no studs in them so you can get them drilled to suit early holden stud pattern. But with my wifes Ht I put HQ discs on it and bought some Welds for it. Then I got the stud pattern on the rear axles re-drilled to HQ aswell. I used the original stub axles and from memory the calliper went front front to rear or vice versa?? But if I were to do it again I'd use HQ stub axles.

ive still got ht on at the moment the hx disc and break caliper bolt on ht stub axles so no probs there ive been told as 4 rims they will b stock hq until i get mags and the rear is gunna b gm camaro so thats y i am changing stud patern my mate has done this but with hq stubs and put 1 up side down from left 2 right i dont like that idear so im sticking with ht stubs just got 2 chase break calipers the same i got a set off a hx some tosser had odd calpiers thats y i was unsure with ht calipers

HK/T/G disc brake stubs and HQ onwards disc brake stubs are EXACTLY THE SAME STUB AXLE... They are just on opposite sides from factory because of the differing drag link position (front on HQ, rear on HK). No need to **** around changing stub axles, just change the discs and calipers straight over, it's seriously about an hour job

Only thing to watch out for is if the car is pretty low, the caliper may foul the top control arm, you can grind some of the caliper or reshape the arm, but this is only a problem if the car is LOW, like too low, haha
