ya..that's lh/x torana.

get the codes off the block next to the top off the timing cover if you want to know month/year it was made.

As gtrboyy said If you want to know when it was cast as well, have a look at the front of the block here

and post up the code either here or at Oldholdens where you did your other post and myself or someone else will tell you when the block was made.
