    Default Headlight adjustment

    Just got a halogen upgrade on the HX (4 light). Does anyone know the guidelines and measurements for adjustment ???

    ken oath allports im with you on that one. Thats why when i cop it form 4x4 and others, i click on my 4x100watt high beams and say **** you **** take that. wack!! lol

    ha ha I'm not familiar with the CB nuts from the 70s before my time. Yer close allports, more like 'thank you for being such an obliging road user fell free to utilize the road any time you want'

    I usually just line up around 3-5m from the garage door and draw a line at bonnet height and set the top of the beam (on dip) to be at that height. Unplug one pair at a time to do the twin headlights. This normally gets it through the testing station with little adjustment if any, at least its close enough they can see the beam is correct and just needs tweaking with their gear being a little more accurate.

    Too true driving out on country roads my biggest urk to all you city 4wders turning your spotlights off does not mean your low beams.
