First post for me....am building 351C stroker (393)
Aluminium Elderbrock heads and manifold and 750 Holley.

Any idea of the HP these things make???

depending on other specs, should be 350+rwhp but with truckloads of torque, although you could go upto a 850 holley, or even higher, again depending on cam specs etc.

The Edelbrock heads are good for about 350 at the crank.
The stroker would run out of legs with those at around 5,500.

That depends on what else is inside. How about some cam specs for starters and a little more detail.
FWIW,there are better heads than the Edelbrock pieces on the market.
