I pulled the vents out to leave just the surround, then cut some thin mdf up, was supposed to use plastic but couldnt find any laying around. Sealed the mdf, glued it in with some resin, then filled with some putty stuff and sanded, painted, sanded, painted until I got it right, still not 100% with it but I couldn't be arsed do any more to it.

daryn,if you did get these made by a manufacturer,who made them,i need a good place to mount my 2" fuel level guage,any help here daryn?
