Guys,
I bought an aerosol touchup for my ute the other day, its acrylic, i want to spray my engine cover (plastic) and also need to spray a bit of tin. Just wondering what type of primer i need.. i looked through ebay, vht.. there is etch, 2k.. i have no idea of what i need? any help would be appreciated. jase.

if it's just for the engine cover just rub it back with 600 wet and dry and hit it with a light coat. they dont flex enough to warrant flex additive and also shouldn't need a primer.

yeah i need primer, otherwise it goes all shitty.
thanks guys, i bought some acrylic primer, did the job well, i actually did a bit more things than i thought, so ran out of spray, gunna go get another couple tomorrow me thinks.
