Default crown pinion teeth

just curious as to what would cause the teeth on the crown pinion in a diff to be ripped clean off three times in less than a year

in that case

I'd say the first one went due to your clutch habits

the second and third due to incorrect adjustment or old diffs that were near ready to die, anyway.

I had a datsun 200b years ago and shattered 3 centres in 2 months. As in ripped teeth of and shattered the sun gears at same time. It was driving habit though as they dont like wheel spinning in the wet from first to fourth at full throttle and not backing of even to change gears and pumping the clutch to keep wheelspinning. Im a little older and wiser now though at the time I thought how could that happen lol.
