the compressore has seized so im looking at a new one. Repco quoted me $760 for a new one, has anyone had to replace one on there commy before?

Maybe you should try getting quotes from the professionals, beause if you consider that they still have to then evacuate the system, replace the drier receiver and regass etc, by them doing the whole job you might get a better deal in a way, if you get me drift.

i did mine in the VS 4 years ago and got quoted a similar price.
I can't believe that the price hasn't dropped since then.

I've still got the compressor in the old bitch if you want it.
I'm not greedy. send me a PM if you want it. if you're in QLD atm, it could be even cheaper
