Ha Ha new you would bite. Just think of me as your fat friendly storker. It would be hard being a one man show needing to go and get stuff all the time. Even I am amazed on how much work you get done over short periods of time.

I'd be more worried if you didn't hang shyte on me Vido lol
After changing the pitman arm I've got a nice little puddle of oil under the steering box now. Seems like the bottom seal is shagged in the steer box. I've got a reco box here that needs a bottom seal so I may as well buy that for it and shove it in.

Managed a bit of "me time" this arvo so I ducked down to the workshop and put the left rear door up on the stand and started blocking it back with the long board.

Contrary to what the paint shadows tell you the majority of the bottom of this panel was low. It just didn't feel right when I was blocking it back. My ally straight edge sorted that feeling out for me lol

It's been a while, paying work is getting in the way

Some more pieces of the puzzle turned up this arvo.
ZL Fairlane alloys courtesy of a mate in Geelong, thanks Brendan.

And I also made some time to head up to Melbourne this arvo and grab a ZL rear cut from LukeGT.

All I need to do now is give myself some time off to prep this rear cut so I can bring Bella in and do the deed.

Was this a repair or a change of body style at the back?

I thought you were only going to change one side. Or did you just enjoy the drilling that much?

A bit of both really. I could have done the tail light swap by just using the upper and lower beaver panels. I needed to fix the rust and previous dodgy repair in the left rear quarter so I decided to do a whole rear cut instead. This way I get to treat the insides of the rear quarters and wheel arches as well before it all gets welded back on.
I don't enjoy drilling, see above for explanation :P
