Well not to long ago i bought my first V8 holden it was a run down VQ caprice with the sv93 paint job and not being to healthy.
1990 VQ Caprice Series 1

it has been 8 months since buying it and the list of goodies are.

1. fully built sports gear box
2. had the diff shimmed real tight
3. all front end bushes replaced with new sports bushes
4. metal connecting rods (pedders)
5. try Y extractors
6. full dual sport system
7. new engine mounts
8. uni joints
9. cv's
10. VT brake upgrade + master cylinder
11. slotted & dimpled rotors (front)
12. tuned ecu chip
13. transition cooler
it made 193BHP and 552ftlb of torque max torque
max power at:5300 max ft lb at:4200

it was done at superior automotives dyno and i am a little suspect about it so i am going to put it on a dyno dynamic's for a better reading.

still have a few little things left that i want to do i want to remake the exhaust when i get some time do a mild cam that's about it realy it is just a nice cruz car. i have a 3.45 out of a ss to go in it as i am finding the 308 just a bit long for my liking.

took me weeks to get the paint half reasonable again it was quite faded when i bought it, i am going to get the body all done just the paint and minor crack in the front bar and bring the front end down so the guard meets the tyre.

not the quickest thing but nice to drive and frying tyres with the climate going is quite nice hahahahahaha.

why are u abit sus on that? that seems like resonably good power for whats done to it. dyno dynamics dynos usually tend to give a "happy" readout, so dont get to excited if ti gives more power the nthe current figure. take it to the track and give it a run down the 1/4... thats the only real way to determine power

i dont think it is to far out from what it will realy be i dont think it will jump on a dyno dynamic dyno but more of a better reading for keep sake, as i know superior have a tendency to change there dyno reading for customers.

i will take it out to the drags soon not expecting much for a tank but should be fun hahaha.
