Default Bridgestone potenzas?

Hello everybody, I have some photos of a potenza that has run around 600ks in the last 3 weeks approx. Last night I noticed this.....

I was told that it had been slashed or I ran over something! It looks like the tread is seperating and im glad I found it! What sh#$@ me is you pay for a supposed good brand tyre and this is the result? Does it look like its been slashed or run over anything to you guys? I think not, please comment.

I doubt someone would slash a tyre like that.

Looks like you have driven over something, Cattle Grid ?

yea its to 'all over the place' to be slashed. my guess is u have either ran over something, or it come from a bad batch. i have potenzas on the front of my car and they are a great tyre.

i see alot of that in some of the cheaper tyres, does look as though the tread is starting to seperate....... but i wouldnt expect that from a $500 odd potenza, in saying that i dont like potenzas, to over priced for there performance... but thats just me, id rather buy somehting an 8th of the cost that performs just as well

Yep, couldnt agree more. From my experience in the industry i use nothing but pirellis, BFGs or decent hankooks for any decent vehicle. I wont go anywhere near bridgestone, goodyear or dunlop.

Had Potenza's on my liberty when i bought it, they were gone by 25,000km's. they weren't that great a tyre either, use BFG's now, just clocked up 60,000 and there still half there. also half the purchase price. ($230 a corner)
