Probably two things ...... one would be the look, there is only
one Quad weber set up I have seen in 16 years for a V8 , that was used on Tileys race cuda and then on their street cuda. Would be good to be different, plenty of 4 barrels and even six pack V8 set ups these days..... Secondly..... sure a 4 barrel will give you the most top end horsepower, but it would be fun to have the instant response of the Webers.... besides, the snarl of 3 webers sounds great, can you imagine 4..... It would also be good to build the Charger Supercar that Chrysler should have built..... Daniel |

that looks and sounds good to me
, have you thought of maybe going the way they did with the old Torries with the twin Webber's? except find a 2x4 barrel manifold? or just go the 2x4 barrel way ![]()

Yeah I have seen Brockies A9X in the Bathurst musuem with
the twin weber set up, but it would be similiar to running the DP Holley I have got on it already, just a better sound, and I suspect it wouldn't get the torque of the quad setup. Besides the look, I like the idea of one throat per cylinder and possibly an equal fuel to cylinder ratio for all 8 cylinders. Closest thing to direct port fuel injection but without the complications... Daniel |

Yeah that sounds good.i have yet to see a quad set up on a valiant V8.
It almost seems like a ancient attemp at M.P.F injection.Im sure it would sound and look good, but are you really that good at tuning the carbs and idea. Why not aftermarket injection , or a magnum v8 conversion. They run the same block, just different top end.Cheap and eco.Well in saying that i are not the one to speak as i have spent to much money on bling rather than go .Good luck |
