Default bodgy engine-will it work?

i want to build a bodgy engine for a shitta car that the boys have,so we can have some fun.

i've been given a later model (93 ish) 350 chev,in reasonable condition (its done 80000k's) i looked up the casting numbers and its 9.3:1 comp with 64cc heads. so my plan is to get a set of dart iron eagles in 200cc form with the 49cc chambers, roughly this should give me 11:1 comp i have a spare victor jr,so i'll use that,so what should i do for a cam?it'll have roller rockers but i dont want to use a roller cause there to dear for this engine.my only real concerns are piston to valve clearance, i'm thinking a solid in the 250@50's. reckon it'll fit? and reckon it'll make 400hp before it dies

And its had over 120 dyno pulls up to 6000rpm!!!
