Default Ally Heads For Small Block

Hi all, sort of new here and new to this game, I'm currently building my first engine and I need some heads for it.

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with "Patriot Performance" ally heads for a Small Block. The price I've seen them advertised for seems far too good to be true. Also what sort of heads would you recommend other wise? Iron/al - doesn't matter. This isn't a big money build, mainly street use that will occasionally see a 1/4 mile, so a fairly sorta tame/reliable donk.

Cheers

i just bought a set of edelbrock performer rpm alloy heads,my engine builder said it would work out about the same price to do up my old cast heads for what it cost to get the alloy ones, and my 327 is only gonna be running around 400 hp. i looked into all different brands of heads and i say go with brand you know.
just my thoughts

Eagle Auto in dandenong sell the patriot heads, they had them flow tested when they first came in. Very impressive for an off the shelf head. Dont know anybody running them though. Speak to Les 03 8710 3000

Racer Pro, A vell made Aussie product. You can run them as cast with very good results. I've done a set on a 400 in a 2890Lb LJ no trans brake and 3.7 diff gears that went 10.18 @ 130mph 1st meeting out and 1st hard pass. Had no timing in it and set up fat. This runs BP 98ulp and will run 9.80's with ease.
