My business Vantage Management sources cars for film and TV. We have a catalogue of cars from private car owners that we usually use to fill jobs but this one may need a few extra vehicles.
One of our clients is making a major USA film being made in Sydney.

We are looking for LHD cars from two different eras, pre 1974 and 1974 to 1982. Some RHD cars can be used too in background scenes. We need cars that were avaliable in the USA at this time.

Scenes will include street scenes and a drive in movie. A couple of the cars they want are going to be featured and used regularly.

One of the regular cars will need to be a dark or black 1950s sedan. Very much a ma and pa car in good condition. Something like the Cumminghams from Happy Days would have owned.

We are mostly looking for 'everyday' cars. Not so much Sports, Muscle Cars or Modified.

Interstate cars are being considered if suitable local cars can't be found.

Fees will vary from $300 to $500 per day.

Currently we are looking for photos of cars that may be suited that we can put forward.

Of course, preference will be given to cars listed in the VANTAGE STAR CARS Catalogue but as mentioned we will most likely need more cars than we have listed so please feel free to put your car forward.
