Default cHANGIN Sump

Just wanted to know what does it take to change my old sump to a high energy sump? Do i need a stronger oil pump? which way should the dipstick be (my one is on the right facing the car) when selecting a sump? Is it jsut a STRAIGHT BOLT ON?

Yes get the right one and they are just a bolt on. The extra volume is gained by the wings on the bottom of the sump either side, the depth is exactly the same so no issues with ground clearance and the standard dipstick is used in the standard location. It isn't necessary to change the oil pump, although with a larger volume of oil in the sump it becomes possible to use a high volume pump without coming to grief.

mine is baffled(i assume they all are), stops oil from washing up the sides and running pump out of oil, and therefore bearings dont get hurt by lack of oil
