hi all, stupid question i know but i cant for the life of me find the hole for my speedo drive, can anyone shed some light?

sweet, thanks guys, i found something up there, but it threads in, i didnt think the speedo cable threaded in, the one i have seems to press in, ill sort it out in the morning when the weather is a bit less miserable hopefully

What you’re probably looking at is the speedo gear carrier. It sounds as if you are missing this bit. Is that correct?.
It presses in and has an O ring and small bolt and retaining lug.
Then gear carrier has the boss to screw the Speedo cable too.
Hope that makes sence.

that would be great bryce, we got it all in, made a new retaing lug up from a templeate one of the trans places here made up for me, its all together but still not working properly, a complete shot of it together would be good to see that i have it in right. Mine is an early t350 if thats any help, the later ones have the same speedo drive as a t700 from what i was told last wednesday, and are about twice the size

This is my Bros T350 in his rod.
Ignore the thing on the end of the gear it’s an electronic Speedo converter.

Is this the pic you need or something else.

yep that is the small input into the box like mine, ill have to get under mine with a light and suss it out, i should be able to sort it out from that pic, thanks mate
