My VZ clubby ls2 has only done bout 8000 km's in the past 12 mths, what do you blokes recommend I do with oil change?

Should it go till 10,000km or do it on a time period?

I am useing mobil 1 as reccomended.

I changed my oil every 5000 Ks in my GenIII VY SS, Cheap insurance in my book.

Always used Mobil Synth S 10/40, not Mobil 1.
Never had a motor problem in 80,000Ks I had the car.

The less Kms an engine does the sooner the oil change intervals. Due to fuel wash, constant cold running etc. Oil changing is cheaper than rebuilding a motor.

every 6 months or 5k what ever comes first
i use castrol edge 25/50 recommended by Sonny@Marrano's
and my motor is the quietest it has ever been
