Default UDP Problems

Just had a 25% underdrive kit installed and i keep having the engine belt jumping off while driving. gone through 4 belts in about 5-6 weeks...

i've been told i need a aftermarket tensioner but i have other friends with UDP's and they didn't need a new tensioner.

anyone have any idea what it could be? i thought maybe the alignment is slightly out somewhere causing it to jump but i'm not sure how to check the alignment?

Any help appreciated.
