I threw in a set of Hella H4 headlights in my HZ, were about 100 bux from memory, and they were great! they are whole new lights, then you can get any wattage bulb you like, I threw in a set of aftermarket brighter bulbs (the fake Xenons) and they made a hell of a difference. Turned out as good as the parents VT commy. Spotted those roos a mile away!

yep they are good. They are called a Halogen conversion kit and will set you back about $150. Put in a H4 100/55W halogen globe and you will have a pretty decent setup, you can even get 130/100W but thats pretty bright for low beam, probably wouldnt recommend doing that. Narva make a H4 globe that is 60/55W thats called Arctic Blue and from all reports i have had they are an extremely good globe, they have a lot more intense white light and therefore perform really well on lower wattage.

In the world I see -- you're stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You will wear leather clothes that last you the rest of your life. You will climb the wrist-think kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. You will see tiny figures pounding corn and laying-strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of the ruins of a superhighway.

narva make 3 versions of their decent globes, crystal vision, arctic blue and rally globes, the rally globes are by far the best but not street legal. i would recommend u go to ur local auto parts store to check the other 2 options out before deciding on anything but both other globes r very good. apart from that they do a standard halogen globe which is pretty ordinary, id steer clear of them if i were u.
I wish it wasn't illegal to shoot stupid people.

yep i'd follow both toryman and phoenix advice and go with the Arctics, from what i have heard from customers the arctics really do perform much better than standard. I've had people actually looking to buy new spotlights and i have put them on to changing their globes to Arctics or even just a higher wattage globe and that has more than satisfied them, it sorta does me out of a spotty sale but id rather have a happy customer it all pays off in the long run. I think a lot of the new cars to pass regulations have real poxy low wattage globes. I realise you dont wanna blind oncoming traffic but personally i'd rather have a bit more light and see pedestrians etc.
