yeah thanks for the avid description oldn64 but I went and saw the car today. Doesn't the front dash have 3 inch speakers and are they the ones on the top of the dash? All I could find were the 6" on the shelf and those 3". I am still wondering where to put my sub as my boot is mostly taken up by the gas tank. I might be able to make a box to fit in the right hand side of the boot with a mnoblock in there as well. Is there enough room under the dash there to put a set of 4" or 5.25" or something of the sought.
I already have decided to go Fusion brand because i am getting a whole kit for about $200, which is encounter monoblock amp, encounter 400w dual amp, 2x 6" 3 way powerplant series, and a encounter 12" sub. I dont know if you know this much about fusion but I have heard they are alright.
Alpine is good and I am looking for a Alpine head unit or Kenwood. I f you know where I can get one cheap it would help. Also if the VH does have 3" speakers what manufacturers make them.
