It's not structural at all on a Holden HQ-WB as they have the full chassis. On the Commys and Fords, the majority strength is in the cross rails above and below the panel as well as the B and door pillars. I suppose to a certain extent it could be considered structural in them so it may be better to go with the streamline woofer. BUT there is NO problem at all in HQ-WB.
By the way Daryn, what qualifications or knowledge do you think audio fitters would have in the way of vehicle structural integrity?
