Presently Embarking on a bad case of , i dont know if this is a good idea or not projects.
Started to Manufauture a camshaft for a holden 6. with the help of a good machinist. also does, any one know if there is another engine that can donate its conrods to fit a 186 with minimal modification. as ive made 6 bolt mains and girdle, with the steel 186 crank, but the problem is getting the rods to hold the rigures, of a Methanol turbo engine, at 8500 rpm. i dont know why were doing this with the 186 ?????? i blame the machinist...... i've heard of BMW and VW golf conrods in the holden sixes. pretty sure they were both used for strokers, but piston choice/machining will probably fix any issues.
flow charts? sorry
