Default front discs?

i have a 65 HD Premier with drum brakes all round, they arent too bad.they are adjusted of quiet good and havent had any probs with them.but am thinking of putting disc brakes on.the crossmember is virtually identical to the HR's and i know that the last of the HD's were optional with them.does anyone know if i have to do the whole frontend swap or can it be done by just putting on the discs and booster and minor mods?

if its a balljoint front end you can fit hr discs, you will need everything from a hr disc front end including the discs, calipers, backing plates and disc brake stubs.
