Default Removing fuel rails

Can someone tell me how the fuel rail is removed on a Vr commodre V6

I'm pretty sure you have to take the intake manifold off, I pulled mine apart last year and by looking at the photo's im pretty sure its all gotta come off. What do you want to take them off for?

I'm pretty sure he wants to polish them up. Also remember to disconnect the fuel pump relay and kick the motor over to get rid of the fuel pressure.

dont really want to take the manifold off just yet, but ill have a look and see
