Default not again?

HI, i have a v6 commodore done 160000ks

I put extractors on it 12 months ago, and it ran like s**t, so my mechanic changed the o2 sensor, and put thicker oil in it to stop the lifter noise. it was fantastic, found out it also has lsd. i purchased the car with 90000ks and by 100 it was a bucket. So i was impressed at how much fun it could be. So anyway after some testing at the lights, 2 weeks later its back to normar.....a bucket like b4 the o2 was changed. Only problem is the comp hasnt registered anything wrong. Mechanic tells me he carnt do anything until it loggs something. It wont even chirp or the line, and sounds like its really strugling. The says the 02 would be fine and it could be the cat converted.
Has anyone got any advise?
Cheers, craig

Default

Is it struggling to idle or is it lag under acceleration? If its an idle problem also, check your throttle position sensor. If its lagging under acceleration and feels like its almost missing, check your coil packs.

The only other advice I could give is stop thrashing it so hard?
