wabbit you've probly fixed the prob by now but if not change the oil filter it has a one way valve in it which holds pressure i had the same prob

as far as i'm aware, the valve in the oil filter allows oil to run through the filter until the filter gets clogged and then opens to bypass the filter and save the engine from oil starvation.

somebody correct me if i'm wrong, but that's what i've always believed

even better if you can find one a McGee injection system used in speedcars 35yrs ago i had a set on my speedcar & gave way more power than anything else & no i don't know where you'd find a set now except by advertising for them

im using a 3.3 blue bottom end with a stage 3 yella terra head with no mods to the block for the water ports and its fine, 3 core radiator good thermo's and it will be all good, blue or black heads are known for cracking i heard, might flow better but as good as a ported 9 port will, iv got a friend with a turbo 202 with a 9 port head, in a fc (PRoFc) making 500rwhp runs low 10's all day, iv tried the sc14 blower set up in my lc not bad made 140rwkw, same engine but now iv gone to nitrous..ran 13.1@108mph with 100shot of gas
