Unhappy electric fuel pump help!

Hello everyone,
My first post so go easy please.
I have a VN Commo (V6), and the fuel pump in the tank keeps working, after i shut it down. Can anyone please tell me whats going on?

pinched wire?
its obvously getting constant power in the wiring from a source somewhere or problem with the ignition switch from wear wat did you last change before this started happining
sorry for the short reply before but when people change a pump then complain it's usually there own mistake and thats what i thought had happened.

Yeah the pump and wiring is original.
Another engine has been fitted recently, but this problem only appeared today.
Wasn't doing it yesterday. It's got me buggered.

check with a multi meter till you can find wats not doing wat it should

Yeah right, problem solved for a week or so, then it started again.
The actual problem was in the oil pressure switch, which apparently controls the fuel pump after start-up.
This is because in the event of an accident, the engine stalls, no oil pressure, the fuel pump stops too.
Don't know if you guys were aware of this one or not, but something to watch/check for if it happens to you.
