nah i think evil_ss means bumping up the compression in the head... your car doesnt have a computer ... you should just rip it out and drop in an injected V6 3.8L ... the thing would bloody fly ...

Man, you wouldn't need a stroker 308 to make it go good. As damien said, whack in a buick V6 (VN-VR series V6) and the thing is gunna haul some major ass! Light motor going into a car that is lighter then the one is was made to move is gunna make a huge difference.

Would be interesting to know what type of car your doing up. Once my 'Project G' gets underway I could give you a few pointers into the whole conversion process from an older carby motor to the 3800 V6.

Nah you're right mate, issues a plenty with the VN V6's...... Which is why you should get a VP V6 No hassles with mine.

i spoke to most of the engineers in melbourne and the majority wouldn't even see the car.. Good luck with it.. i worked out total costs to be around the 8g mark.

gearbox, engine, body strengthing, custom tailshaft, diff, engineering, rollcage, bigger brakes, and there was some other stuff as well.

from my point of view its actually silly to spend another cent on it, you would get more benefits spending money on your whipper snipper. just save whatever cash you would spend on engine mods and put it towards the interior etc, that way it will get done quicker and you will be one step closer to your stroker just my 2 bob tho
