Default ford 6 cyl 1960 to 1976

the XK to XP 144-170-200 motors all had 4 mains cranks.?
the XR had a 200 and 170, with 7 mains. ?
the XT-had 188-221.
the XY-A-B, had 200-250, but is this actually the same 200 as the XR. ?
and you cannot make a 250 into a 200, or 200, into a 250. because the 250 deck height is different, is it he same with the rest?
Any one know all about ford 6 cyl.
