my shoulder is watching U

from memory i think it was about 95 Nm and you go around in a circle ie: start from the front of teh block and do those two and then go to the back and keep doing that until you get to the middle, that way you don't risk warping the head.
but when you're torquing it up don't go straight to 95Nm, start with a about 3rd of it and then do another 3rd after you done that and then go to the 95 Nm and ten go over it all again just to make sure. I hope that helps Joel, and get on MSN and talk more often, its been too long ![]()
