Question Carby For My Lc

Hi, i'm wanting to put a larger carby in my lc torana. the motor is still in the the working. so far i have only got a 192 red motor with a nice cam in it. the carby at the moment is a 2 barrel (stock?). i want to know your opinions on which carby i should use to feed the motor more juice and make it go a bit harder. i have a decent set of tripple su's and a 350 holley in the shed. would you use one of these or something else?. would an electric fuel pump increase the performance?

if you get them tuned properly, i'd go for the triple SUs. they're a beautiful setup on the holden sixes.

350 holley would be a big imprivement on the stromberg, but not the same as the Sus.

if your current fuel system is in good order, you won't get any performance improvement out of an electric pump, but it will give a more stable fuel pressure when used with a regulater. it's not bad insurance

lc if you haven't found a manifold for the su's yet go to your local library & hunt around in the car section there should be a book on how to make your own it gives the correct angle from the head & distance from the valve i made my own many years ago & it worked extremly well

Where are you at with the carbs? what sort of manifold, got the linkages together? I have some spares here if you need.

Whats the condition of the carbies? and do you know what sort you have?

Anyone interested in 2" su`s; I have lots of them
