i just went down to the ute and had a quick look and it would appear that the shifter comes out of the top of the box (no linkages). so luck might be on my side and it should be the t5 according to the information supplied by you guys. It will be getting a new clutch in the next few weeks and most probably be in the for sale section within the coming weeks/months. it will be a shame to see it go but i must make room for a more family oriented vehicle.
