SJ they are always SJ in an offset crank, Holden pin is 2.125" The SJ is 2.0, the LJ is 2.1".
The long rod is more suited to high RPM if the engine is parked at 8500 and above all day it'll work fine. If you put a shorter rod in the gulp better on they inlet port by pulling away from TDC faster. If youdrive your car from light to light dont waste your money on long rods. That's really all you need to know.
