I have two front rotors 290mm with vt twin pot calipers and also 1 inch bore pbr master cylinder brand new. Now the brakes all bolted up fine and fit well but they wont keep a firm pedal. I have bleed the front discs and rear drums three times each time that they are bleed i pump the brake and it feels fine but when i fire it up the frigen thing goes soft again???? any help guys would be awesome!!!
unfortunately..there are those out there who flog VT front upgrades
and forget that the VT setup is completely different to early birds.

VT brake systems use a fast fill valving system in the master cylinder
to allow the twin piston caliper to work properly.

Even using a large or HDT style 1"master cylinder means you get a soggy pedal
all the time as the pedal has to move further (despite the large master cyl)
to fill the twin piston caliper. you get long pedal travel..or a soggy pedal

solution..buy a VT master/booster modded for early birds
lots sell ém to fix up those who got burnt....

have a look - Performance Brake Packages
